Bedford Extravaganza in partnership with Bedford Film festival presents Baz Luhrmann’s Moulin Rouge. An evening of film, drag and burlesque at Empire Night Club, Bedford.
The evening will feature:
- A screening of Baz Luhrmann’s Moulin Rouge
- Miss Blair, a beautiful vintage inspired drag queen. A member of Manchester’s internationally famous ‘Family Gorgeous’, she is paying us a special visit for our night in Paris!
- Bootsy Bonafonté: Winner of the Burlesuqe Idol UK 2017 May heat and a regular with the House of Burlesque Belles, Bootsy Bonafonte is a Cock Rock Showgirl who is class, sassy and a little bit bad assy. Bootsy invites you to escape reality with lashings of glam rock, glitter, guitars and a heady dose of old Hollywood glamour.
- Briar Rouge - classic flame-haired beauty Briar will transport you to Montmartre with her sultry performances.
- Our glamorous Popcorn Girls serving free snacks during the movie.
The event is a collaboration between Extravaganza and Bedford film festival, now in it’s 5th year, and is part of the fringe events happening around Bedford for this year’s Film Festival for 10 days in October.
