Bedford Film Festival is really pleased to once again support Yarl’s Wood Befrienders with a fringe screening this year.

Yarl’s Wood Befrienders are there to support those detained at the centre, and also raise awarness of the complexities of immigration.
The Visitor follows lonely college Professor Walter Vale travels to New York City to attend a conference, only to find a young couple living in his apartment. An oscar nominated film from 2007 starring Richard Jenkins, Hiam Abbass, Haaz Sleima and Danai Qurira. Running time 1 hr 44min.
