The Longholme opens its doors again for ‘FLIX’ at the lake in collaboration with Bedford Film Festival. This time we’re screening millennium ‘classic’ The Beach.
Popcorn and a welcome drink included in your ticket price, but beer, wine & cinema foods are also available.
Richard (Leonardo DiCaprio), a backpacker in Thailand, goes to Southeast Asia with the intention of experiencing something radically different from his familiar life. He meets Daffy (Robert Carlyle), who tells him of a beach paradise on a secret island away from the parasites of civilization. Could it be as perfect as it sounds?
